| 1987-1991 | he studied and graduated from the Music Lyceum in Tirana (prof. Xhovalin Lazri). |
| 1991-1992 | he studied at the Academy of Music in Tirana (prof. Astrit Selita). |
| 1992-1997 | he received a scolarship of the Academy of Music in Prague, where he studied and gratuated with the best mark (doc.Rudolf Lojda). Also he won the academy titul "Magister". |

| 1984 | III. prize at the cello National Competition in Tirana, Albania. |

| 1999 | II. prize and the Special Prize of the jury at the International Chamber Music Competition "Palma d’Oro" (duo cello and piano) in Finale Ligure, Italy. |
| 2004 | Argend medal and III. prize at the International Chamber Music Competition "Premio Rovere d’Oro" (duo cello and piano) in San Bartolomeo al Mare, Italy. |

| He performed as soloist (with Moravian Philharmonic
Orchestra, State Philharmony Brno) and as chamber music player (Duo
and Quarteto) in many countrys of Europe such as Czech Republic, Italy,
Germany,
Spain, France, Sweden, Danmark, Austria, Hungaria, Greece, Croatia, Serbia,
Bulgaria, Romania and also in Japan, Brasil and China. His performances are highly appreciated from the artistic critics of many countries. |

Republic, Japan, Brasil, Spain, Austria, Croatia and Bulgaria. With the quarttet "Ensemble Martinů" he has recorded 8 CDs and with the group "Lyra da Camera" 3 CDs. |

| Since 2000 Bledar Zajmi is a concertmaster
of the Opera orchestra of Prague National Theatre. He playes a cello "Clarus" (1996) of the Czech violin-maker Jan Slípka. |
